REFUNDS AND RETURNS

For sanitary reasons Showy does not accept returns. Thank you for understanding :)

Refunds: We accept refunds within 5 days after purchase. Email us at: ylg99.571@gmail.com with the pictures of your damaged products or with your concerns. The refund is given by store credit. 

Depending on the situation and if you are located in Maryland ONLY , we can coordinate to receive the damaged piece at our storefront for repair process if you prefer that than receiving the store credit.
