Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Showy piece. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Damaged or defective?
Email us at info@shopshowy.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We reply within 2 business days and will send a replacement or refund to your original payment method. If you're in Maryland, you can also bring the piece to our storefront and we'll repair it.

Changed your mind?
Non-earring pieces can be exchanged for store credit within 14 days of delivery, as long as they're unworn and in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Earrings
For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Wrong item sent?
We'll fix it at no cost to you.
